1 General Terms & Conditions

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

• You have never been banned from jaba9 or had an account closed on the platform.
• You are opening the account for yourself, not on behalf of anyone else.

Jaba9 may request ID or other documents for age verification at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each person may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts is considered fraud and may result in all accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

You must provide accurate information at the time of registration. Accounts created with false or incorrect details may be closed at any time. The following information must be accurate:

• Date of Birth
• Mobile Number & Email Address
• Payment Method Details (Mobile Banking/Nagad/Rocket number)

Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility. Never share your password with anyone — jaba9 staff will never ask for it. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

Jaba9 accepts various payment methods for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200. The maximum deposit limit is determined by your account tier and verification status.

• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved channels.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• For failed transactions, please contact support within 24 hours.
• Jaba9 only accepts payments through approved payment channels. Funds sent through unapproved channels may not be refunded.
• Third-party payments are not accepted — the deposit name and account name must match.

Where currency conversion applies, it will be based on the prevailing market rate and additional fees may apply.

5 Withdrawals & KYC Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory before making a withdrawal. This process requires a copy of your national ID or passport and a selfie.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• First withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• After KYC verification, withdrawals are processed to Mobile Banking/Nagad/Rocket within 5–30 minutes.
• A withdrawal request that is already being processed may not be cancellable before it is completed.
• In the case of suspicious transactions, jaba9 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and conduct additional verification.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jaba9 regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions. By claiming a bonus, you agree to those specific terms.

• Welcome Bonus: A welcome bonus applies to your first deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is typically 5–10x.
• Reload Bonus: Additional bonuses are available on weekly or monthly deposits.
• Cashback Offer: Cashback is available on selected games within a specified time period.
• Referral Bonus: Refer a friend and both of you receive a bonus.

Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or under different identities — will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. jaba9 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.

7 Gaming Rules

Each game on jaba9 has its own rules. The general gaming guidelines are as follows:

• The outcome of every game is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and verified by a third party.
• Jaba9 is not liable for disconnections during gameplay; however, all outcomes will be settled according to server logs.
• Odds in Sports Betting may change at any time; the odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• Stakes for games cancelled due to technical issues will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute over a game result, jaba9's server logs shall serve as the final authority.

Rude or abusive behavior toward dealers or other players in Live Casino games is strictly prohibited. Such conduct may result in a temporary or permanent account suspension.

8 Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using multiple identities to claim bonuses.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Opening an account under a false identity or submitting forged documents.
• Defrauding or harassing other users.
• Impersonating jaba9 staff.

9 Responsible Gaming
